While we’re at it, we thought we’d share some info on Independence Day at Fort Vancouver presented by Bank of America, as it’s sure to be a fun-filled day for all who attend.
The site will be divided into four entertainment zones and will include traditional family games, arts & crafts vendors, live music, plenty of food and treats, and of course an Adult Beverage Pavilion for the grown-ups. A state-of-the-art fireworks spectacular set to music will culminate the event, continuing on the Fort’s 50+ year tradition of providing an awesome fireworks show for the community.

Advanced ticket purchases can be made online here until 8pm on July 3. General admission is only $5 for ages 12 and over and kids under 12 are free.
Prime viewing tickets can also be purchased in advance through the link above. The cost is $60 for ages 21+ and $30 for ages 6-20. Prime viewing is located just south of the Pearson Air Museum and offers not only the best views of the fireworks display, but a dinner buffet, entertainment on the Alaska Airlines Prime Viewing Stage, and exclusive access to an adult beverage pavilion in addition to access to all of the general admission area events and activities.
General admission tickets will be available for $7 at the event gates beginning at 8am on the 4th, so if you missed the advance purchase deadline you can still join in on the fun.
Free public street parking will be available all day on July 4th in downtown Vancouver. $5 parking will be available at the International Air & Hospitality Academy, and for $10 you can park at the following locations:
