Here is our assistant Danielas’ favorite recipe for sore teeth. It’s like summer in a glass!

Summer Smoothie

  • 9 cups watermelon pieces, seedless
  • 12 ounces of frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • optional sweetener if your fruit isn’t perfectly ripe
  • Place the watermelon pieces into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the strawberries and lemon juice and blend again until smooth.
  • Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
